Q1. What is your company's main product?
We have four categories of products: Home textile, Special material (Glitter/sequins), PU synthetic leather (yang buck/ embossing /crazy horse/ polishing/thick), and Flocking cloth.
Q2: Do you offer samples?
Yes, free sample is available. Please feel free to contact with us.
Q3: Can you make samples according to my design?
Yes, your samples or drawings are welcomed; we'll make the sample accordingly.
Q4: What is your minimum order?
Normally, every design 500 meters per color. If you have special requirements for small quantity, please contact with us.
Q5. How to place order if we are interested?
Tell us your requirement, samples can be provided if needed.
Q6: What about the delivery?
Delivery will be around 7-25 days after received payment
Q7: Transportation:
Port of loading: Haiphpng or Hochiminh port
Shipping Services: By sea/ as customers' requirements.
Q8: What is the Shipping Cost?
If you want to know the shipping freight, the shipping cost is determined by the destination port, weight, packing size. It is difficult for us to quote you the exactly shipping fee without knowing your total quantity of the order and your destination sea port; we will quote you the good shipping cost after receive your feedback.
